Returns and Exchanges

We would like to remind our valued customers that we do not accept exchanges or refunds on handmade products, artwork and other merchandising. Each of these items is unique and created with dedication, so no refunds or exchanges can be made once the purchase has been made.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Once the package has been dispatched it will not be refunded.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that we are not responsible for the loss of packages during shipment. We recommend that, when placing your order, you consider the option of tracking your package with track delivery to avoid any inconvenience.

Where are my products shipped from?
All your purchases are shipped from Segovia, Spain, Europe.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Please note that many shipping companies do not deliver on holidays and weekends.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders with normal shipping:
Spain(peninsula) 2-4 business days
Spain(Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) 3-6 business days
Europe (except United Kingdom) 5-10 business days
United Kingdom 7-12 business days
EEUU about 2 weeks
Rest of the World 2 to 3 weeks
Delays may increase on key dates such as national holidays, Easter, Christmas, etc.

What are ‘Pre-Purchase’ or ‘Pre-Order’ products?
Products marked as Pre-order are products made to order. When you buy products marked Pre-order, we make them for you. This is why the waiting time is usually longer than normal. All pre-orders include an estimated production date.

At Ayimeart we are not responsible for possible delays on the part of the courier company, but if you have any type of incident please contact us so that we can do everything possible to solve any type of problem.
